cutest kids ever!!

i love when i finally get pictures downloaded and i am able to share them on here. i love when i have forgotten which photos i have taken i when i go to look for some to put on here i find ones like these. i have the cutest kids that are a little crazy some times but totally make up for it when the adorable faces:)

look at that smile!!! a few weeks ago it was warm enough to go outside and put on the swimsuits. how did i not realize how pale my son was/is?? poor kid is so cute and he totally doesn't care he is white as a ghost. at least he is enjoying his play house and ringing the door bell 50 times:)

i don't know what to say about this outfit except that some one gave it to presley for her birthday and well, it was sprinkling outside and that called for the rain boots. it's difficult to get them off her once they are on but at least they match the princess dress.

how cute can he get!!??!! rolling with his sisters shades and his duck helmet, ready to go for a ride with his dad on the bike. of course he is wearing his i heart mom shirt! best piece of clothing ever!!!

Happy Easter!!!

Here we are at our neighborhood easter egg hunt! AND we are all looking at or close to the camera at the same time! obviously having two little ones that can't sit still limits our family photo opportunities. we had such a great day and the weather was perfect. presley got so many eggs and she and davis had a ton of fun.

Davis spent the time at the egg hunt carrying around this egg for his sister. He would put it in her basket and then take it out and walk around with it. So cute!!!

Of course i had to get a shot of presley and her easter basket that her mimi got her. she loves it and it is the perfect size. not too much candy but just enough fits. still not sure how she got 50 eggs from the hunt in there but the girl has skillz!!! (i put the z in there for my memphis peeps:)

does anyone look like me??

i use to think my children looked like me when i was little. now, i just think they look like each other. yes, a perfect mix between brian and i but i have to say i am a little sad that neither looked more like me. i found an old picture my mom sent to me of when i was a baby so, instead of having lots of time to download new pictures i thought i would throw a shout out to old school photos of us. enjoy.

why is it that my picture looks like it was taken in the 1800's??? makes me feel old.

it's cold.

i don't think i realized how much snow came here since living in florida for the past 3 years. what a nice surprise? here is presley in her pink jacket that mimi got for her. she absolutely LOVED the snow. she cried every time we had to come inside!!

A few random moments in covey time

How cute is this kid??? So, i have this thing where i like to take pictures of everything my kids do for the first time. This is Davis' first time to drink from a straw at a restaurant in a kiddie cup. i know proud mama moment:)

santa time!!

even though brian was out of town i got the nerve to take both kids to our clubhouse for santa pictures. it was a little overwhelming i must say, not because the kids were screaming or misbehaving but b/c i felt completely unprepared when i arrived. i had no idea going to see santa was such a "serious" event. kids were there in their smock outfits, entire family matching of course. some families were all dressed in matching pajamas, some kids had their hair done just for this. i thought only kids were suppose to be in santa pics?? i kind of don't get it but maybe that's just me.

i was so happy just to have both kids there, fed and clean.

poor davis didn't do to well with santa but presley chatted him up for so long that i don't think he noticed to much. wish i had brought a pen and paper to write down everything she was asking for. ha ha ha

A is for angel

brian found this shirt for presley from the gap. it says A is for angel. Our angel of course! although she doesn't look so angelic right here- more like, what can i get into now.. hmmm.. ha ha.

ok. so this is a picture of presley in front of her melissa and doug easel in the playroom. it was the first time she drew anything (besides a circle/balloon) that i could actually tell what it was and so i had to take a picture. if you can't tell- it's an alligator. it has teeth and everything. such a little artist:)

this smile melts me. he absolutely loves to be outside and cries when it's time to come in. we are at the clubhouse playground here and he is about to slide down the slide head first. yes, head first and i love it!!
